Okay, Guys (and gals who sit silently behind your computer screens and do not comment for personal reasons), here is a question put to me today via email:
SelahV: "I've been keeping up with your Sovereignty question...not sure if this has been covered....but, if God ordains everything...can we ever be out of God's will?"
If I understand this reader's question, I suppose, she wants to know if our will can ever really be on collision with God's if God is the One decreeing what we ultimately do anyway? Whew...that's one I'd like an answer to also. Got any answers? ;^)
Dear Reader: I'm thinking that because God's will is perfect, and we often disobey God, that our will can definitely get outside of His perfect will. But His righteous will trumps our unrighteous will. And like the previous post's statement in question--His Sovereignty is big enough to hold it all in His hands until we finally follow the exit sign that leads to His perfect will. Does this make sense? selahV P.S. You can email me if it doesn't.

Makes sense to me SelahV! That's what so mind boggling about God's Sovereignty is that He is so Sovereign that He allows us our will, but ultimately He makes it all His will for His purposes.

SelahV, sorry but I've read a couple of other comments on other threads and I wanted to add - the problem some people have with God's will man's will is that they want to place God in time. God is not in time He created time. So He doesn't have to preordain the future to know the future because there is no future or past or present with God. He's completely and totally omniscience. He's at this very moment in our time right here with us, but also back at the Garden and at the end of Time. We cannot comprehend this with our mear mortal minds.
