What is self-control to you? Is there ever a time that chit-chat conversations shouldn't be monitored by the Holy Spirit? When we let our emotions lead our conversations and what "we" think, aren't we walking outside of His control? Even in jest? With a critical observation? I've been guilty of this on many occasions. It's so easy to see what's wrong with others, don't you think? Some people make it easier than others. Lately I've been struggling to look at the best side of people. The more I look for the positive, the more negatives seem to appear. Ever have that happen? I'm thinking it is God testing me to see if I truly want to see the better of others. What do you think? selahV
