These are such a wonderful idea for a brunch. Chunk up a Granny Smith (or your favorite) Apple. Stick it with a toothpick, and dip it into melted caramels. Drop them on parchment or wax paper and let them cool (can also spray a pan with cooking spray). So neat. OR, do a fondue with them in warm caramel.
