God does not desert us. He sees our situations; He knows our fears and heartaches. He understands our limitations in the midst of struggles. He is not surprised by the difficulties that come our way, nor is He concerned that we will fall prey to the wiles of Satan and the temptations we face. God says, "for I satisfy the thirsty person and feed all those who are weak." Jeremiah 31:25
We need only rest in Him and His sufficient grace. We may suffer for a while but we are in Him. He knows our needs before we face a trial and He supplies the answers, provides for it beyond the faith we have in Him to do so. As we look to Him we see the ram in the bush, the wellspring in the desert rock, the leftover baskets of bread and fish. We see the shackles fall from our souls as we sing praises to His name. We drink from His well of living water. For God is faithful-- yesterday, today and tomorrow.
May you rest in His unchanging grace, revel in His boundless mercy and bask in His everpresent love.
Take time and read the articles pictured below. Especially "The Moment I Stopped Trying to Earn" and "Just What We Needed". You'll be blessed, I assure you.
Thanks for sharing your heart. I enjoyed it as always. -Karen
