Funny thing happened when I started to read my email this morning. I started to open my daily devotional provided by LOVE WORTH FINDING. The Adrian Rogers' devotional was entitled "What Happens When You Worry".
I mentally answered the question. When I worry I feel grumpy. I am anxious. I get indigestion. I don't see many positives in life. Basically nothing constructive ever happens when I worry. And that is what was on my mind when I clicked Adrian's email. It opens and guess what was there? Nothing. By computer glitch or providence, the email message was empty. Not one word appeared in the email from LWF. I thought, "Isn't that the truth! Nothing happens when I worry." How prophetic Adrian Rogers was.
I don't know what the LWF really said, but I think I got the message anyway. Wasn't any sense in worrying about it. What do you think? selahV

Wasn't it Jesus who said something about worry and who can add a single cubit to his height by worrying? Hmmm...point made.

The picture with the email are classic. Woe to us who are slow to believe.

BILL, my husband is soooo good at not worrying. He's been a guide for me through the years. Thanks for popping in.
LUKE, I cracked up when I saw that photo! The caption came to my mind immediately. So funny. Glad to see you out and about. selahV

Vicki, Isn't that adorable? I managed to begin putting a little away each month since June. hoooooRay. It won't be a big thing, but better than last year. I've already begun to shop the discount stores like Ross's. Wish we had a TJMaxx and Marshall's. Ha...never satisfied, am I? Thanks for stopping by. selahV
